Energy Processing Becomes the Advantage of Telkom University

BANDUNG, Telkom University – As a college that has an advantage in waste treatment, Telkom University becomes a superior university according to the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings in 2021.

In the ranking is given based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) determined by the United Nations (UN), Telkom University has an advantage in Affordable and clean energy (Clean and Affordable Energy), and ranked Telkom University 7th in the world and ranked first in Indonesia based on times higher education (THE) Impact Rankings in 2021.

Based on Telkom University’s success in managing the campus environment, Telkom University was ranked 18th in the world and 3rd in Indonesia for clean water and sanitation treatment, Telkom University also managed to be ranked 301-400 for Industry, innovation, and infrastructure,and ranked 101-200 for Partnerships for the goals in 2021.

The four advantages of Telkom University in processing Telkom University’s resources and environment can not be separated from the role of Telkom University’s academic community which continues to be committed in creating a comfortable environment to support the teaching and learning process.

“The efforts we make in creating a comfortable campus environment while maintaining the principle of Sustainability is a form of Tel-U’s commitment to the surrounding environment, so as to produce a beautiful campus atmosphere.” Said Vice Rector II for Resources of Telkom University, Andijoko Tjahjono.

Rector of Telkom University, Prof.Dr. Adiwijaya said that Telkom University’s commitment to be a role model in realizing SDGs in Indonesia is in line with Tel-U’s goal in providing the best for the people of Indonesia and the world.

“To continue to develop the SDGs at Telkom University, we continue to encourage researchers at Tel-U to collaborate both between science and between educational institutions with the industry, to produce innovations that can advance the Indonesian nation and benefit the community.” Details.
